These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases of tickets for The Art of Femme, a masterclass presented by Danny Jennings and Jodie, founder of The Boudoir.
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

The masterclass is delivered primarily online, with a limited number of tickets available for attendance at the live studio event in London.
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the event programme, presenters, demonstrations or running order where necessary.

Specific bonus inclusions may be subject to their individual terms and expiry dates.
Ticket prices are displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
Your ticket purchase is confirmed once payment has been successfully received and you have received confirmation of your booking.
Tickets are issued for the named purchaser and must not be used for commercial purposes or shared with multiple people unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.
Online ticket holders will receive the information required to access the masterclass by email.

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access where this is caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including issues with your own internet connection, device or third-party platforms.
Live Audience tickets provide access to the specified in-person studio experience in London.
The venue address and relevant arrival information will be provided to ticket holders before the event.
Capacity is limited and Live Audience tickets are therefore subject to availability.
If you purchase a Live Audience ticket but subsequently cannot attend in person, your ticket will still provide access to the online elements included with that ticket, subject to these Terms & Conditions.
The Art of Femme may be recorded for the purpose of providing replay access to ticket holders and for related promotional or archival purposes.
By attending the live studio event, you acknowledge that you may appear incidentally in photographs, video footage or recordings of the event.
Where reasonably practicable, we will avoid using identifiable footage of audience members for promotional purposes without appropriate permission.
Tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
If you are unable to attend the live event, please contact us at admin@theartoffemme.com. While tickets are non-refundable, we may, at our discretion, allow a ticket to be transferred to another person or provide another reasonable solution where practical.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.
If we cancel The Art of Femme, we will provide ticket holders with information about the available options, which may include a refund or transfer to an alternative event where appropriate.
If the event is postponed, we will communicate the new arrangements to ticket holders and explain the options available.
We may make reasonable changes to the event programme, presenters or running order where necessary.
All content provided as part of The Art of Femme, including presentations, demonstrations, written materials, workbooks, recordings and other resources, remains the intellectual property of the relevant creator or rights holder.
Your ticket gives you personal access to the event and its included resources.
You must not:
We want The Art of Femme to be a welcoming and respectful environment.
We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw access from anyone who behaves in a threatening, abusive, discriminatory or disruptive manner towards presenters, staff, models, other attendees or service providers.
Where access is withdrawn because of serious misconduct, we will not normally provide a refund.
The Art of Femme may rely on third-party platforms for payment processing, email delivery, video streaming, webinar delivery and other services.
We are not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party platforms where those interruptions are outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful.
We are not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including technical failures, internet outages, platform failures, venue issues or other events beyond our reasonable control.

We may update these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary to reflect changes to the event, our services or applicable legal requirements.
The version applicable to your purchase will be the version in force when you purchased your ticket, except where a change is required by law or is otherwise permitted.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the applicable courts of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
